The aim of the
course is to initiate students into raising ethical questions, which paves the
way for a responsible behaviour in various fields of science, primarily in
those related to human life and environment. In the course we thoroughly examine
the basic values of life, primarily human life and environment. The clash
between the use of scientific achievements and the barriers of acceptability on
ethical grounds is also included in the curriculum. We wish to find an answer

of representatives of various fields of science, primarily into current medical
researches and procedures and environment-related issues.
